Overview
James Cook University (JCU) is seeking an experienced clinician and educator to join our College of Medicine and Dentistry as Senior Lecturer in Child and Adolescent Health.
This part-time role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and clinical coordination in a socially accountable medical programme.
Responsibilities
Teach and assess medical students in paediatrics through lectures, tutorials, bedside teaching, and clinical examinations.
Coordinate Child and Adolescent Health clinical rotations within the MBBS programme.
Contribute to collaborative research and curriculum development.
Support JCU's mission to improve health outcomes for rural, remote, and underserved communities.
Lead Paediatric Education – Shape the next generation of doctors through hands-on teaching and clinical leadership.
Drive Health Equity – Make a real difference for rural, remote, and underserved communities in northern Australia.
