Role Overview
The Clinical Support Officer provides administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, ensuring smooth operations of the service/unit/facility. Responsibilities include delivering timely and accurate administrative services for healthcare team members on designated wards or units.

Selection Criteria
* Experience in a similar support role within a complex organization, demonstrating teamwork
* Ability to prioritize work and achieve key tasks efficiently in a busy environment
* Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, attention to detail, good listening skills
* Proficiency in common ICT tools (word processing, data entry, emails, internet)
* Commitment to excellent customer service, patient privacy, and confidentiality
* Motivation, initiative, and ability to work under broad supervision
