Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer queries received via customer service channels including phone and digital channels; Email, Web, Social, and Voice of Customer in line with guidelines and standard operating procedures
* Provide expert customer support promoting an excellent customer experience and brand advocacy
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
* Participate in customer service initiatives that drive an improved customer experience
Qualifications:
* A passion for Customers
* A desire to work within a dynamic team environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail and quality
* Experience in a customer service role within a service-based role including (but not limited to) Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, Aged Care, Childcare
* Computer literacy
