About the Role
The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and manage a busy team. Skills and Experience
Proven experience in medium to high-volume hospitality kitchens
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality standards
