About the role: Are you passionate about safety and ready to make a real impact on the ground? CSR is looking for a driven WHSE Business Partner to lead from the front and help shape the safety culture across our Coopers Plains and Brendale sites. With exciting new capital works projects underway, this is a great time to join us and play a key role in driving safety excellence as we invest in the future of our operations. Your role will include: Driving real change by identifying safety gaps and creating clear, actionable improvement plans. Coaching frontline leaders and operators to build a strong safety culture that goes beyond compliance. Rolling out key safety initiatives like Permit to Work and Never Walk Past, embedding them into day-to-day operations. Leading site WHSE Committees and working closely with contractors to ensure high standards are consistently met. Investigating incidents, getting to the root of issues, and making sure corrective actions stick. Supporting compliance with legislation and CSR's internal standards, including national audit frameworks. What you bring to the role: You are a dedicated safety professional with proven experience in leading WHSE programs in complex environments. Your expertise in risk management, compliance, and safety leadership makes you a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Strong knowledge of WHSE legislation and standards. Experience in risk reduction planning and safety systems implementation. Proven ability to coach and lead teams towards safety excellence. Effective stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
