About the role: CSR is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fleet & MHE Coordinator to manage and optimise our national portfolio of over 1,000 assets comprising of light, heavy vehicles, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & HDE Fleet. This role is pivotal in executing our lifecycle strategy—from acquisition to disposal—while embedding best practices, driving sustainability, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-site network. You'll be the go-to expert for fleet and MHE operations, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions that support CSR's operational excellence. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own and execute CSR's MHE & Tool of Trade fleet strategy. Lead full lifecycle management—from acquisition to end-of-life. Act as SME for fleet, MHE, and battery/fuel requirements across sites. Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Develop standards, policies, and training for national deployment. Integrate telematics and asset tools to enhance visibility and analytics. Champion sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement. What you bring to the role 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/MHE management. Certification in project or asset management; forklift licence (or willingness to obtain). Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance. Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
