The opportunity: CSR are looking for a skilled and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team and support financial performance across operations. Based in Scoresby or Springvale and reporting to the Finance Manager Operations, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our financial outcomes align with CSR and ES control objectives, while delivering valuable insights to drive operational excellence. As a key business partner to both finance and operational leaders, you will support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, standard costing, and stock processes, while helping drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the manufacturing network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys influencing outcomes through strong financial analysis and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial and non-financial data for monthly results, forecasts, and budgets. Ensure the integrity of factory P&L and balance sheet ledgers within your areas of responsibility. Assist with production cost analysis and plant efficiency reviews. Support the annual budgeting process. Contribute to the standard costing process. Coordinate stocktakes and support stock-related risk and control assessments. Assist with business systems projects impacting factory operations. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within finance processes. Analyse and report benefits linked to World Class Manufacturing initiatives. About You: Experience in financial or management accounting, including reporting, general accounting, and financial analysis (manufacturing or supply chain preferred). Strong analytical ability and confidence communicating financial insights. Proficient with accounting systems and spreadsheets (SAP & Power BI preferred). Experience with CI methodologies in manufacturing (Lean, Kaizen, WCM). Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
