ABOUT THE ROLE
Coffs Harbour Toyota & Hyundai is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to help us maintain the high standards our clients know and trust. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers. You'll manage every detail of the customers service experience from booking customers in, communicating updates, managing expectations, quoting and invoicing services and repairs all while working closely with our technicians to deliver a smooth, professional service experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the prime point of contact between the Service Department and the customers for repair and maintenance service on vehicles
* Actively listening and actioning the needs of your customers
* Scheduling appointments
* Providing outstanding communication throughout repair processes
* Ordering parts
* Providing comprehensive and accurately detailed information to the workshop
* Effectively communicating repair/service information to your customer
* Maintaining exceptional organisation and follow‐up for work in progress
* Meeting monthly KPI's as specified by dealership & vehicle manufacturers
REQUIREMENTS
* A proven high level of customer service experience in a front‐of‐house or sales role
* A professional demeanor, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to maintain composure when under pressure from customers and the workshop
* Previous experience working within an automotive dealership will be highly regarded
* Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
* Superior people and communication skills (covering verbal, written and electronic)
* Knowledge of TUNE dealer management systems is highly desirable
* Mechanically minded or familiar with vehicle repair processes
* Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Strong computer literacy. Ability to utilise multiple systems at once
* A friendly, professional manner and a team‐first attitude
WHAT WE OFFER
* Full‐time role, Monday – Friday – 42.5 hours a week
* A highly competitive remuneration package with a generous commission structure. Expected average gross earnings $75,000–$90,000 per annum.
