Job Description
As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by signing new agents and meeting/exceeding sales targets across your territory. Your key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process for Independents, negotiating contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, driving the activation process, and training the location.
You will also make regular visits to high-performing locations to identify and address issues within the current network, manage the Agent lifecycle for all Independents, and focus on ramping up new locations to ensure they achieve full revenue potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in business development, external sales, account development, or servicing of customer products in Regional Australia. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills are necessary to win new business. Fluency in English is mandatory; other foreign language skills are a plus. Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail are also essential.
Ability to work independently, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines is necessary.
