Cultural Projects and Public Art Producer – Burwood, Current South Wales
Permanent full-time position available now. Salary: $96,732.25 – $116,039.40 + 12% Super + Flexi Time (exact package may vary).
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and delivery of public art projects which contribute to community and place
- Leading the planning, development and delivery of high-quality arts and cultural programs across the Burwood LGA, including the ongoing growth of the Burwood Art Prize
- Identifying opportunities to integrate cultural outcomes and public art into Council programs and asset development
- Working collaboratively with all areas of Council and strategic partners to deliver creative and impactful arts and cultural outcomes
Qualifications
- A Degree in Arts Administration, Cultural Development or a related discipline with contemporary experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of arts and cultural programs
- Experience in project management with high-level problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Availability to work out of hours and on weekends as required
Key Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination for all employees (2 vaccines)
- Willingness to complete a National Police History Check
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment health assessment (where applicable)
- Current Driver's License
- Local Government working experience an advantage
