On call 24/7 Rate: Negotiable depending on experience Provisions: Flights, accommodation and car hire provided Where you'll be working You will be working in a 48-bed hospital that is home to a team of three regular Rural Generalists Obstetricians who provide 24/7 care for.
In this role, you will be called upon to deliver on-call services for the patients of the primary Obstetrician when they are unavailable.
The facility averages 5-6 deliveries per week, with two Obstetricians on call at all times.
Additionally, you will manage birthing care and assist with Neonatal care.
It is important to note that there are no requirements for the Emergency Department or inpatient wards in this role.
