Precast Production Worker / Concrete Labourer (Forklift Required) About Us

Based in our modern facility in Tullamarine, we are a close-knit team that takes pride in working safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About the Role
We are currently seeking 2 reliable labourers to join our precast production team in a full‐time, hands‐on role.
Working in a fast‐paced factory environment, your duties will include:
* Preparing and cleaning moulds
* Installing reinforcement and cast‐in components
* Assisting with concrete pours and vibration
* Finishing, patching and basic quality checks
* Operating hand tools, power tools and basic machinery
* General housekeeping and yard duties
* Supporting safe and efficient site operations
This is a day shift role (Monday to Friday), with overtime available during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
* Current forklift licence (mandatory)
* Previous experience in precast, concrete, construction or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour (lifting, bending, standing)
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Reliable, punctual and team‐oriented
* Willingness to learn and take direction
Highly regarded (but not essential)
* Overhead crane experience
* Dogman or rigger tickets
