Audio-Visual Storyteller
We're seeking an exceptional Video Content Editor to craft compelling narratives from interviews, expert discussions, and brand media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging audio and video formats, refining the storytelling experience for diverse audiences.
* Produce short-form clips that capture key moments and drive distribution on social platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, amplifying our brand's reach and impact.
* Enhance content with color correction, motion graphics, audio leveling, and creative cuts, elevating the visual and sonic aspects of our productions.
* Maintain organized file structures, asset libraries, and delivery timelines across a growing volume of content, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the creative team to shape show flow, visuals, and pacing, fostering a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.
* Monitor metrics like watch time, CTR, and audience retention to inform iterative improvements in format and engagement strategies.
* Act as a quality gatekeeper for all published content, ensuring high standards of visual and sonic quality.
* Support marketing efforts with tailored video assets that align with campaign goals, driving business results and growth.
* Optimize workflows and templates to increase editing efficiency, streamlining the production process and reducing costs.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in video/audio editing within a content-driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and similar tools, with expertise in post-production software and techniques.
* Demonstrated experience producing content that performs well across social and thought leadership channels, with a solid understanding of content strategy and storytelling principles.
* A strong grasp of brand voice, tone, and messaging, with the ability to apply this knowledge in the creation of engaging audio-visual content.
* Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
* An analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide creative decisions and evolve content strategies.
