Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a high-performing team, streamline end-to-end processes, and champion a strong culture of safety and efficiency.This role is based in Prestons, New South Wales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor warehouse teams across all sites, creating a clear vision and aligned strategy.Oversee Tier 3 warehouse functions including inbound, replenishment, order picking, packing, and outbound freight.Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and cost-effective solutions.Ensure full compliance with WHS standards and champion a culture of safety excellence.Manage freight providers, negotiate rates, and address logistics issues to meet delivery timelines.About YouProven experience in warehouse leadership, with strong people management and stakeholder communication skills.Adept at analysing operations and using systems to drive improvements and results.Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, industry standards, and financial impacts.Holds at least a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.Skilled in using business systems and tools to manage inventory, workflow, and reporting.Why Consider?
