What’s the role? As a Lending manager in Branch, you’ll enjoy helping customers eager to find their way through the home loan maze. Your ambition and drive mean you’ll proactively contact customers to set-up appointments, as well as help those who walk into the branch. Not only will you be an expert in the local market, but you also identify and build relationships with key influencers, community groups and referral partners to deliver better outcomes for Bank SA and the local community. What do I need? Experience with home lending is essential. You’ll likely have a strong track record in customer service & sales. You will be across the end-to-end home lending process and have a real passion for people. Strong Communication, presentation and networking Skills Sales experience with a focus on developing networks and building local relationships Strong understanding of risk awareness, compliance and legislative requirements A willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
