We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Demi Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for managing inventory control, cost of goods sold, profit and loss reporting, and ensuring compliance with food safety across our back-of-house operations.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star guest experience. This includes designing, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes with creative flair.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of menu planning, cost control, and kitchen management. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

Requirements
* Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent required
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate beneficial
