PositionProfile: Responsible for the provision of high qualitycustomer focused nursing care; acts as a resource for all staff inthe provision of nursing care; provides professional support toClinical Manager and colleagues.
To be successful inthis role, you will have:
* Demonstrated advancedclinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidencebased nursing care incorporating quality and risk managementwithin the critical care nursing specialty.
* Demonstratedwell-developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflictresolution skills including team leadership and the ability towork effectively with others.
* Demonstrated computingskills to enable navigation of online policy access, internalcommunication and completing online learningresources.
