**Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant**:
**Location**: Mansfield, Victoria

**Employment Type**: Permanent Full-time

Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) is seeking an experienced and proactive **Executive Assistant** to provide high-level administrative support to the **Director of Clinical Services (DCS)** and play a key role in managing our internal and external communications.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role for a skilled professional with a passion for healthcare administration and a flair for communication. As the Executive Assistant to the DCS, you will support the smooth operation of our Executive office while contributing to the public profile of the organisation through the management of digital and print communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional and confidential executive support to the DCS, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for key meetings and forums.
- Collaborate with the EA to the CEO, supporting leave relief and shared administrative functions.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of a range of internal and external communications, including social media, newsletters, intranet, and website content.
- Represent MDH in a professional manner in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to produce marketing materials that align with MDH's brand and strategic goals.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of internal policies, procedures, and communication tools.

**About You**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience supporting Executive-level professionals, ideally in a complex or health-related environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with database and records management systems.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in preparing professional documents, reports, and high-quality meeting minutes.

**Desirable**:

- Qualifications in business administration or executive support.
- Experience in a health or hospital setting.
