About the role 
As the Hospital Coordinator you are responsible for providing leadership, operational and resource management of nursing, ancillary and other staff outside of normal business hours. 
Key Responsibilities 
Consistently and enthusiastically delivers high levels of patient service to exceed patient expectations 
Knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements 
Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct, industrial agreements and ANMC competencies 
What you bring 
AHPRA Registration 
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting, minimum 5 years 
Successful completion of Advanced Life Support (ALS) 
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity 
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team 
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills 
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation 
Practices in accordance with ACQSHC National standards
