We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will provide clinical advice, leadership, and supervision to staff, ensuring robust clinical supervision structures are in place.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical guidance and oversight to staff working within the designated scope of responsibility.
* Identifying and organizing training to ensure staff have the necessary skills to deliver evidence-based interventions.
* Demonstrating clinical excellence in managing complex cases.
* Leading on Clinical Audit systems to ensure timely and effective delivery.
* Providing direct clinical interventions at an Advanced Practitioner level to service users.
Essential qualifications include:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
* Non-Medical Prescriber qualification (if applicable).
* Relevant clinical training and postgraduate qualifications.
* Qualification in Family Interventions.
A strong understanding of the recovery model and experience in providing professional leadership in clinical services is highly desirable.
