Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader this TEMPORARY role will see you interacting with, and providing superior customer service to our customers within the APAC beverage industry.About youSuited to someone who enjoys a rapid pace and liaising with stakeholders, you will likely have experience in shipping and exports, preferably bulk vessels.
Working perhaps in the grain, food manufacturing, bulk logistics and/or export management sectors, you will be an empathetic and customer focused professional who is able to demonstrate:Qualifications & experienceA record of success in customer service or commercial sales;Strong team orientation;SAP skills and knowledge;Strong verbal and written communication skills.Tasks & responsibilitiesMaintain customer accounts by recording account information;Manage sales contract drawdowns preferably within the contract period as well as future forecasts;Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers;Provide knowledge and answers around product, pricing and availability, including shipping inquiries and orders status;Ensure that processes for export documentation are adhered to;Support continuous improvement around systems and processes to drive efficiency and high-level customer satisfaction.Boortmalt is on an exciting trajectory as we strive to cement our position as the world's leading Maltster.
