Due to sustained growth, the firm is seeking an Associate Adviser / Junior Adviser who is motivated to build a long, successful career as an Advisor.

The Role
This role would equally suit someone who is about to, or has recently completed, their Professional Year, as well as an Adviser with 1–2 years' post-PY experience.
The firm's clear objective is to support you in becoming an autonomous Adviser with your own client portfolio as soon as possible. Structured development, mentoring, and client exposure are central to this role.
About You
Integrity & Care
You demonstrate strong integrity and a genuine care for clients and colleagues, building trust-based relationships.
You bring foundational financial planning experience from roles such as Client Services, Paraplanning, Associate Adviser, or a similar position. A solid understanding of the advice process is highly advantageous.
You have a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. The firm values attitude and potential and will provide the support needed for you to succeed.
You are motivated to build a long-term career in advice and are genuinely committed to progressing into a Financial Adviser role, independently managing your own client portfolio.
