We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Risk Management Professional
to spearhead the risk function within our Project Controls team on a critical infrastructure program.

Main Responsibilities
Risk Team Leadership
: Coordinate with precinct teams to collate and validate quantitative risk assessment inputs, driving informed decision-making.
Quantitative Risk Assessments
: Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform program contingency levels, monitor risk exposure, and identify areas of concern.
Scenario Modelling
: Develop sensitivity analyses and scenario models to support strategic decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
Communication
: Produce clear, concise risk dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate quantitative risk assessment outcomes to stakeholders.
Cash Flow Analysis
: Model cash flows and escalation impacts over time to ensure timely and accurate financial planning.
Performance Monitoring
: Analyze quantitative risk assessment results to identify trends, variations, and areas of concern, enabling proactive mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Australian Citizenship or eligible to obtain Australian Security Clearance.
At least 4 years of experience in risk management, with demonstrated senior-level capabilities.
Quantitative Expertise
: Strong proficiency in quantitative tools such as Active Risk Manager, Cura, @Risk, Acumen Fuse, Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis.
Data Visualisation
: Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Collaboration
: Comfortable working within a geographically dispersed team, including remote collaboration with client and site teams.
Communication Skills
: Strong communication skills, with ability to clearly present complex data and insights to diverse audiences.

Key Qualifications:
