Job Description
Oversee and manage daily practice operations.
Coordinate patient bookings, scheduling, and clinic flow.
Manage medical billing and invoicing (Medicare, private billing, etc.).
Liaise with third-party providers, including surgical billing partners.
Monitor and improve operational processes and efficiencies.
Maintain accurate records, systems, and compliance standards.
Ensure a high-quality patient experience at all touchpoints.
Support recruitment and occasional management of administrative staff (e.g. receptionist).
Act as the key operational point of contact within the practice.
The Successful Applicant
Strong Knowledge Of
* Medical administration and clinic coordination
* Patient scheduling and workflow management
* Medicare and private billing processes
A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes ownership and accountability.
Confident working independently and making decisions.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy, with an interest in improving operations through systems, automation or AI.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Able to build an effective working relationship with a highly driven, entrepreneurial specialist.
