Cecure is a specialist builder working across Victoria in complex building remediation, defect rectification, and strata-led apartment upgrades. Following a strategic restructure, Cecure is scaling a high-performing team to deliver projects with technical complexity, residential familiarity, and commercial structure. Think: water ingress fixes, façade remediation, fire compliance upgrades - across apartment buildings and multi-unit dwellings up to 15m. The Opportunity We're looking for a solutions-focused Project Manager who can guide projects from initial customer agreement through to construction handover, working closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams. You’ll thrive in a role where no two scopes are the same and where D&C projects require methodical planning, creative thinking, and strong technical knowledge. This isn’t volume residential - it’s problem-solving, stakeholder navigation, and forward planning across strata assets. You’ll manage approx. 12–15 live projects a year, with strong support from an in-house construction team. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle: scope definition, pricing, permits, stakeholder engagement, handover to construction. Coordinate with engineers, building surveyors (RBS), and drafting teams. Develop and maintain sequential programs and milestone plans. Oversee construction progress (without leading delivery), participating in site meetings. Translate ambiguous scopes into actionable plans. Liaise with OC managers, strata consultants, and occasionally insurers. Provide pre-construction input into BOQs, trade coordination, and sequencing. About You Experienced in residential or apartment construction. Familiar with building defect remediation, waterproofing, cladding, and complex upgrade work. Technically strong - able to reverse engineer issues and offer alternate build solutions. Excellent communicator - able to manage multiple stakeholders clearly and professionally. Confident with sequencing logic and early planning (not just delivery). Comfortable in D&C environments where documentation evolves. Able to work alongside or mentor a PC/Contract Admin. Bonus Points Experience dealing with strata committees, superintendents, and remedial consultants. Worked with RBSs on certification paths. Familiar with fire, hydraulics, and building compliance upgrades. Why Join? Work on diverse, meaningful projects that improve how people live. Step into a business that’s reshaping its future - with room for you to shape your role. Join a tight, capable team with real decision-making power. Avoid repetitive, cookie-cutter resi - every site has new challenges and solutions. Diversity & Inclusion Harnest is committed to building a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, women, LGBTQIA individuals, people with disability, and those who may face barriers to employment.
