Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your assigned territories, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-market clients for Logic Health.
You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal delivery, negotiation, and successful deal closure. Working closely with internal operational, clinical, product and customer success teams, you'll ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong long-term client outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic selling, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to create genuine value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and achieve new business revenue targets across assigned territories
* Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
* Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations and contract execution
* Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies aligned with national growth priorities
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders including HR, HSE, Procurement and Executive leadership teams
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions
* Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to support retention and future growth opportunities
* Represent ForHealth Group through networking, industry events and market engagement activities
* Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to strengthen our value proposition and go-to-market strategy
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, privacy and confidentiality

* Accurate CRM management, forecasting and reporting discipline

About You
You are a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results. You bring strong business development capability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
Skills required
* 3+ years' experience in business development, sales or account management within a B2B environment
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
* Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations and contract discussions
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
* Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively across operational, clinical and product teams
* Experience within occupational health or related industries will be highly regarded
* Existing industry networks or referral channels are advantageous
* Experience working with industries such as transport, logistics, mining, construction or corporate sectors is desirable
