About The Role
The role of Support Worker Advisor is to oversee and nurture our team of growing community Support workers, who are the vital key part of our business. The Support Worker Advisor will work within a growing team who work together to ensure the ongoing services our support workers deliver.

About You
A Certificate III in Community, aged or Independent Care or relevant/related fieldFull valid Driver's Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicleSmart phoneCapacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourselfEffective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to work independently and effectively manage timeProficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internetA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
