Band 7 Salary Range $104,433 to $116,699 plus super annuation

As Coordinator Tourism and Economy, you will:
* Lead the delivery of innovative tourism and economic development programs, services, and facilities.
* Work closely with the Manager Tourism, Economy and Culture to implement strategic priorities through the Tourism and Economic Development Strategy.
* Collaborate with regional partners as part of Destination Central Victoria, ensuring strong representation and impactful marketing initiatives.
* Provide leadership and support to the Visitor Services team, empowering staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional experiences through the Central Goldfields Visitor Centre.
* Build and strengthen local tourism and business networks, fostering partnerships that drive growth and deliver community benefits aligned with the Council Plan.
