**About the role**:
Are you a skilled and safety-conscious professional looking for a rewarding role in the construction industry?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Insulation Auditing & Quality Lead, who will oversee the provision of a secure, efficient, and punctual installation service that aligns with our customers' requirements. This involves guiding and supervising the auditing team. Also, take the lead in implementing the Rapidwrap service across the market, with a focus on enhancing capabilities and efficiency for the appropriate builders.
This position will serve as a key point of contact for principal contractors and builders, fostering and fortifying the collaborative partnership between CSR Bradford and installers.
This position is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead team audits to ensure safe installations, compliance with best practices, and adherence to manufacturer, code, and standards
- Provide guidance to improve work quality and address installer workmanship issues
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining high team performance
- Monitor team performance, offer coaching, feedback, and achieve goals
- Foster relationships with principal installers and builder construction teams
- Manage Rapidwrap effectiveness and recommend process enhancements
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including Customer Service and Building Supervisors
- Expand knowledge of building standards for self and team
- Ensure necessary licenses are maintained and team completes refresher training as needed
- Promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHSE authorities for a safe working environment
**About You**:
- Valid driver's license and white card
- Strong focus on safety with excellent attention to detail for independent work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and timely issue resolution
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Skilled in influencing and managing others
- Collaborative problem-solving skills
- Setting team goals and individual KPIs
- Consideration of financial impacts in decision-making

**This role will be ideal if you are**:
- An experienced tradesperson, builder or in customer service who wants to get away from the tools or office life and drive to various sites to do inspections
- Understands the construction process and can provide accurate status reports on projects
- Looking for flexibility in their work-schedule, is responsible and willing to work autonomously
