Role Summary
The role of Financial Director involves overseeing the overall financial strategy and management of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
* Manage compliance obligations, including tax laws and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a recognized accounting qualification (CPA or CA)
* Proven experience in leading finance teams, with a track record of building capability and driving high performance
* Demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
