Job Title: Baker
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for baking a variety of products including bread, rolls, cakes and pastries. This will involve measuring ingredients, mixing dough, kneading and shaping loaves.
They will also be required to monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times, as well as operating machines that roll and mould dough and cut biscuits.
In addition, they will be responsible for cleaning and washing up all equipment and tools used every day, inspecting products for quality during and after baking, and making adjustments as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and producing high-quality products, as well as good time management and organizational skills.
They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail and creativity in preparing baked goods.
