We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will provide high-quality support to the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our preschool center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, managing accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. A Cert IV in Business Administration and experience as an administrative assistant are essential qualifications for this position. Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office is also required.
