Insurance Account Assistant
This is a great opportunity to join our team as an Insurance Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships, broking/marking of renewal accounts, and assisting with quoting on new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. You will also need to have a Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking (ASIC RG146) and good product knowledge and experience.
* Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Principal with all aspects of servicing and maintaining client relationships
* Broking/marking of renewal accounts to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
* Assisting the principal with quoting on new business opportunities
* Invoicing of policy renewals and endorsements
* Claims management for the portfolio
* Maintaining and building strong client and insurer relationships
Benefits:
