What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably in food, bars, and gaming environments.
* The ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
* Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
* Highly developed customer service skills.
* Current industry RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence qualifications.
