We have Coordinator opportunities in **Banksia Grove**, **Clarkson**, and **Wanneroo**.
**About the role**
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**About the schools**
**Banksia Park** - a small established service, single staffed with less then 5 kids in before school care, dual staffed with 20 kids in after school care, and no vacation care (have a break or work at another service). Great facilities in a Catholic school, your own OSHC classroom, kitchen, and attached bathrooms.
**Clarkson**:
- an existing service with a great school relationship, small service in a primary school.
**Wanneroo**:
- existing service in an inclusive Catholic school, 25 kids in before school care, 45 kids in after school care, and vacation care. Lead an existing team of qualified Educators in your own OSHC space.
**Who are we looking for?**
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
