This is a newly created Enterprise Business Development Manager role designed to drive growth across WA. You will be given 10 key enterprise accounts and ownership of building relationships, shaping strategy and winning complex, high-value deals (typically $250K+). This is a sophisticated consultative sale supported by an exceptional pre-sales team of mining engineers and technical specialists who bring deep credibility into customer conversations and help translate operational challenges into commercial outcomes.
You will sell into a broad stakeholder group across site and corporate functions. including Technical Services Managers, Mine Planning leaders and operational stakeholders, while also engaging Head Office Commercial teams, Procurement and Legal to close enterprise agreements. The role is equal parts hunting and orchestration: opening doors, aligning stakeholders, building multi-level relationships and managing long-cycle deals with precision.
