Position Details
* 2 X Part-Time Permanent Positions Available (0.8 FTE)
* Classification: Registered Nurse Level 2 – $100,064 - $105,123 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
* Classification: Health Professional Level – $94,927 - $106,210 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
* Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available

About your new role
This is an exciting new role at the newly opened Alice Springs Medicare Mental Health Centre (ASMMHC). ASMMHC provides free, immediate, short‐term and medium‐term care to adults over 18 years with the aim of making it easier for anyone in Alice Springs to access equitable, free, and quality mental health support.
The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a service that reflects principles of Cultural Safety, Trauma‐Informed Care and Recovery‐Oriented practice. The service provides a holistic approach to care, addressing a range of social, physical, and emotional needs informed by Collaborative Relational Practice and evidence‐based care, with a strong focus on lived experience and high‐engagement crisis model.

What you will bring to the role
* Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related fields
* Current full registration as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) certificate
* Accredited registration with a professional governing body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW)
* Proven experience at a clinical level in mental health service delivery
* Skill in applying recovery‐based approaches in a clinical setting
* Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, inspiring and facilitating team commitment and cooperation
* Experience in preparing reports with recommendations
* Knowledge of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and contract implementation
* Ability to form and nurture partnerships with government and non‐government mental health, emergency and community service providers
* Significant experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities and consumers who identify as such
Essential
* Formal tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy
* Accredited registration with a professional governing body such as AHPRA or eligibility for AASW membership
* Proven experience at a clinical level in mental health service delivery
* Demonstrated skill in the application of recovery‐based approaches in a clinical setting
* Experience with a multidisciplinary team and fostering team commitment
* Experience preparing reports with recommendations
* Experience with Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and contracts
* Partnering skills with government and non‐government providers
* Experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities and consumers
