This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the quality, safety, and efficiency of our assets. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be working closely with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve this goal. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Conducting regular inspections and audits of our business centres, logging any defects using our maintenance software
* Supporting the launch and delivery of new initiatives that maximise the return on our facilities investment
* Monitoring scheduled maintenance activities to ensure we meet regulatory compliance and keep our people and workplaces safe
* Coordinating contractors for essential repairs and services, with a strong focus on safety and quality
* Minimising unscheduled breakdowns by ensuring proactive maintenance of equipment and plant operations
* Overseeing contractor performance to ensure work is completed on time, on spec, and to a high standard
* Managing and maintaining our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities-related activities
* Providing feedback and solutions to help us exceed key performance targets in the Facilities team
