About the Role We are seeking experienced Casual Boilermakers/Welders with a strong background in structural welding to join our workshop team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality structural fabrication work in a safe and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Structural welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) on medium to heavy components Fabrication and assembly of structural steel Interpret technical drawings and deliver precise, high-quality work Cutting, grinding, and general workshop duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment About You Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker/Welder) Proven experience in structural welding Strong MIG, TIG, and Arc welding capability High-risk licences (Forklift, EWP, Rigging) – desirable Safety certifications (Working at Heights, Confined Space) – desirable Reliable, detail-focused, and a strong team player Why Join Shadbolt?
