Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves working independently and collaboratively as part of a regional team to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Balancing gardening duties and lawn care, maintenance of plant and equipment, undertaking minor property work, and contributing to a safe and pleasing environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in maintenance, building, plant, equipment, gardening or landscape, with the ability to acquire new skills.
* Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to being a proactive member of a regional team.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certificate in facilities, building, or construction.
* Ability to manage work schedules and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in IT systems.
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
