Senior Contracts Administrator Opportunity
* Join us in this exciting role where you will be responsible for the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules and progress claim assistance.
* You will also assist with external variations, review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts, manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims and administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Subcontractor Packages: Prepare and issue subcontractor packages, including scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
* Progress Claim Assistance: Assist with progress claims and external variations.
* Subcontract Review and Finalization: Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
* Project Expenditure Management: Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
* RFI Administration: Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
Requirements:
* Senior and Mid-Level Construction/Building Contract/Commercial Management Skill Set: Proven experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
* Contract Administration Level: Demonstrated experience leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects.
* Industry-Relevant Degree Qualification: Industry-relevant degree qualification.
* Familiarity with Contract Law Principles: Familiarity with contract law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations.
* Effective Communication Skills: Confident and collaborative communicator.
* Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
