Overview
Join the Performance Reporting team in our Wealth and Capital Markets, as a Performance Reporting Analyst, where you'll play a key role in delivering insights that drive investment decisions.
In this role, you'll support the Senior Performance Analyst by providing performance analysis, attribution, and reporting across a diverse range of asset classes. You'll have the opportunity to work with internal investment teams and joint venture partners, ensuring accurate performance measurement and value-add reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Maintain, enhance, and oversee complex performance measurement and attribution calculation models for multi-manager and multi-sector portfolios
* Attribution & Risk Analysis : Investigate investment decisions and their impact on performance through detailed attribution and risk assessments.
* Stakeholder Engagement : Respond to queries from portfolio managers, marketing teams, and research houses, providing meaningful insights.
* Process Improvement : Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of performance analytics processes and procedures.
* Quality Assurance : Work alongside the Senior Performance Analyst to ensure data accuracy, model integrity, and robust reporting.
* Data Management : Maintain and load relevant performance and asset information into reporting systems for seamless analysis.
* Collaboration : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate performance reports.
About You
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within performance analysis or financial services
* Undergraduate degree in Commerce or related field
* Proficient knowledge of performance standards
* Bloomberg experience (desirable)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
