We are seeking a strategic leader to drive sales growth and expansion across key Southeastern markets. This individual will oversee regional sales teams, develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, and partner with executive leadership to meet ambitious growth targets.
* Lead a team of sales managers and representatives across multiple markets.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive top-line growth and market share expansion.
* Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide team focus, decision-making, and accountability.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Oversee onboarding, training, and continued development of the sales team to ensure peak performance.
* Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align goals and deliver results.
* Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to senior leaders.
