About the Role
You'll manage your own portfolio while helping shape the next stage of our property management division. We are actively developing unique operational ideas and structural innovations, creating opportunities for this role to evolve into something more strategic, specialised, and leadership-driven over time.
But for now...... with the support of streamlined systems and smart processes you'll be able to focus on what you do best:
* Managing your own portfolio with confidence and autonomy
* Building trusted relationships with investors and tenants
* Protecting and strategically guiding landlord assets
* Maintenance coordination and compliance
* Conflict resolution with composure and professionalism
* Delivering service aligned with a premium brand
* Working with our internal Inspections Manager and support team
We're not after a box-ticker; we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and being part of a collaborative, professional team.

What You'll Bring
* WA Property Management Registration
* Minimum one year\'s experience in Property Management or Leasing
* Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Impeccably presented, calm under pressure, confident in managing high expectations
* Skilled in conflict resolution and clear, professional communication
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Proficiency in cloud-based PM software (bonus points if it\u2019s Property Tree, IRE, Hubdash)
* A collaborative, driven team player focused on growth
* Drivers license (car provided during work hours)
