About you
You are an experienced manager who is bold, adventurous and excellent at leading a team. You have experience supporting the daily operational aspects of a business, including training and staff support. You have fantastic verbal communication skills and enforce safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe, friendly environment.
You hold a Working with Children Check as well as First Aid and CPR.

About the role
You will be provided a great work‐life balance but will be available to work weekends and public holidays.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer service, including briefing and monitoring patrons
* Managing and enforcing safety of guests and team, including rescuing and intervening in an emergency
* Demonstrating a commitment to always maintaining a safe workplace
* Completing required inspections, audits, and reporting
* Performing small maintenance duties such as tightening bolts and levelling a platform
* Assisting the Park Manager with recruitment, interviewing and training of new staff, ensuring they have required training and qualifications
* Lifting a heavy load (up to 15 kg)
