As a Network Security Specialist, you are accountable for delivering comprehensive customer support services. Your responsibilities will include security platform/technology administration, capacity management and fault investigation & analysis in the core network (route/switch), wireless, load balancing and network/application security technologies. Main Responsibilities * Log all incidents into an IT Service Management tool according to entitlement of service. * Categorise and prioritise incidents based on customer contract requirements. You should have 5+ years of practical experience working closely with customers to understand their business needs.
