As our Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Learning team, coordinating programs, supporting participants and ensuring our professional development offerings are delivered smoothly, efficiently and with care. Local Government NSW (LGNSW) is a not-for-profit organisation and is the peak body for councils and related organisations across NSW. We advocate on behalf of our members and their communities and deliver a broad range of services including training, workplace relations, management services and legal support. About The Role
Reporting to the Manager Learning, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of learning programs and events.
You Will
* Be a friendly and professional first point of contact for councils and participants, responding to learning enquiries and providing a high level of customer support.
* Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs and events.
* Take ownership of core administrative processes, managing priorities and deadlines to keep programs running smoothly.
* Maintain accurate records that support our learning operations.

About You
You're organised, proactive and confident managing a range of administrative tasks. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders. You're adaptable, detail-focused and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience providing administrative support.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Office suite.
* Demonstrated ability to work collegially as part of a small and productive team.
* Understanding of and/or experience working in the Local Government environment or in a conference, events or RTO is desirable.
