Located in Bathurst NSW, St Catherine’s is a warm and welcoming 130‑bed, single‑level residential aged care home, known for its strong community connections and commitment to dignity, compassion, and excellence in care.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead St Catherine’s into its next chapter. This is an opportunity for a values‑led leader who is motivated by purpose, people, and quality.
As Residential Manager, you will have full operational and clinical leadership of the home, supported by a well‑established structure that allows you to focus on what matters most - your people, your residents and the quality of care. You will cultivate a culture where residents feel safe and known, employees feel valued and supported, and continuous improvement is embedded in everyday practice.
You will be supported by a dedicated on‑site leadership team including three Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, and Coordinators across Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, alongside a committed team of nurses and carers. You will also have the backing of a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualificationCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years’ experience in senior nursing leadership or management rolesStrong knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards and AN‑ACCDemonstrated experience in operational leadership, including rostering and financial oversightA calm, compassionate and inclusive leadership style, with exceptional communication skills
