Job Description
This is a heavily administrative, customer support role with a mix of responsibilities supporting our clients existing customer base, including:
* End‐to‐end order processing and administration
* Managing existing B2B customer enquiries via email and phone (approx. 10 calls per week)
* Liaising with the warehouse and distribution team regarding orders and deliveries
* Coordinating with factories on non‐standard or specialised products
* Organising freight and tracking deliveries
* Maintaining accurate records within internal system
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who brings stability, reliability and a strong work ethic, along with:
* Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order processing or administration (B2B experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple tasks
* Comfortable working in a fully office‐based role
* Ability to learn systems and product information quickly
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A team‐focused mindset and positive, professional attitude
Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP or similar) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
