Overview
This role exists to support the school leadership in implementing its mission and vision. It involves supporting growth in faith and improvement in learning for students through effective leadership, coordination, and supervision of Religious Education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and promote the mission and vision of Catholic Education
* Support the Principal in implementing the school's mission and vision
* Develop and implement a well-planned Religious Education program
* Provide professional development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
* Postgraduate academic qualifications additional to initial teacher training
* Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (Category E) or working towards Accreditation
* NESA Accreditation at Proficient Status or beyond
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current Working With Children Check
* Successful candidate to undertake National Criminal History Check

Skills and Experience:
* Recent school or system Leadership experience
* Highly developed communication skills in a range of forums and media

* Ability to think critically, strategically, and operationally, implementing a structured cycle of improvement initiatives
* Strong relational skills across a range of circumstances
