The Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a CSR, you'll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers' day – and you'll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Making great barista coffee
* Preparing fresh, quality food products
* Serving customers with energy and positivity
* Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
* Supporting the team with other tasks as required
Who We're Looking For
We're after enthusiastic, proactive team players who:
Love working with people and bringing a smile to someone's day
Can juggle multiple tasks with confidence
Take pride in their work and presentation
Have experience in customer service or hospitality (a bonus, but not essential)
