Logistics Coordinator Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Transport Operations: Adhere to work instructions when completing transport functions, scheduling road and rail services, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
* Shipments Planning: Plan and coordinate shipments based on availability and customer requests, checking and chasing empty releases as needed.
* Warehousing and Packing: Ensure accurate packing schedule data, monitor LDC email inboxes, and maintain communication with customers and suppliers.
* Supply Chain Management: Process supplier invoices, update the LDC Warehousing Management System, and ensure timely turnaround of customer data information flow.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in logistics and transportation management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
